职位描述：
Product evaluation and process monitoring during the full product life cycle, including product concept, requirement gathering, design, implementation, integration and test, delivery and sustaining engineering.
Functional unit and integration testing. Understand requirements, create test strategy, develop test cases, write test specifications, maintain test matrix, write test scripts for automated regression testing, produce test reports, utilize defect tracking tools.
Develop and provide oversight for generation of verification documents, test plans, test descriptions, test procedures, and test results.
Have team responsibility for project management, planning, scheduling and executing verification activities of testing.
Provide direction of testing activities to other team members, contribute product quality planning.
Select/develop test tools, direct/implement the development of support test software, including application of automated and/or manual tests.
Coordinate with other team members in the integration testing of products on Microsoft Windows platforms and embedded software (firmware).
Conduct functional tests, including acceptance tests, white-box and black-box tests, task-oriented functional tests, forced-error tests, boundary condition tests, equivalent class analysis, installation tests and upgrade tests on multiple operating systems.

BSCS/BSCE/BSEE/BSECE required, MSCS/MSCE/BSEE/MSECE preferred.
Project management experience in testing and deployment.
Experience in system testing, black-box, white-box, integration, performance, load, transaction, backend and regression testing.
Technical experience in Relay test tools, for example Omicron.
Experience in directing/implementing the development of support test software, Labview or equivalent software is plus.
Experience with source code managemen.
