敬请留意：该职位工作地点在东莞市高步镇

Position Objective:

1. Active communicate and participate on assigned projects;

2. Support assigned material projects.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the development and commercialization operations of a defined range of products;

2. Team work with relevant departments for all material issues.

Essential Duties:

1. Ensure all products are developed and commercialized in accordance with design and specification requirements as detailed by HQ while maintaining an emphasis on performance and integrity;

2. Ensure commercialization procedures are executed according to the commercialization calendar to allow for on-time production start;

3. Assist material manager to work in partnership with T1 and T2 suppliers to develop new material concepts based on specific requests from HQ or factory-based industrialization teams;

4. Prepare seasonal collections and distributions of catalogs /toolbox swatch cards/color palette/new material trends swatches from responsible suppliers to support product development and material toolbox selecting and building.

Qualification and Skills:

1. College / University diploma;

2. At least 2 years working experience, better with Footwear/material related experience;

3. Proficient computer skills in MS.office, especially Excel and Powerpoint;

4. Fluent English in spoken and written;

5. Strong communication skill and logical mindset;

6. Good interpersonal skill and team spirit.
