职位描述：

1、在服务系统中建立工单，确认工作人员并派工；

2、依据服务系统回访客户，确认真实性及客户签字，对客户的投诉返回进行跟踪处理；；

3、接听400热线电话，负责反馈和跟踪客户的投诉处理进度；

4、负责SAP系统中的质保、借用备件的发出和回收，确保所有备件的及时入库；

6、大额备件的更换机记录、报告收集整理文档；

7、工具备件丢失和损坏处罚管控；

8、完成热线经理交代的其他工作；
