Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Function)
- IT Support
о Provide daily comprehensive technical support services to local office and remote branch office(including oversea office)
о Quickly isolate and trouble-shoot any network, system and application problems
о Maintain ticket system with proper way
о Provide incident and after action reports and analysis
- Network & System Management
о Monitoring of existing network and servers, and provide performance and availability report and suggestion
о Assistance on IT infrastructure /network/server project
о Assist to admin data center servers with the guide from Sr. Systems Engineer
- Asset Management
о Install new PCs, printer, telephone, and other IT equipment
о Distribute IT equipment, and in charge of local office IT inventory maintenance
- Knowledge and Standards
о Follow up established procedure on finishing documentation/recording work
о Maintain IT documents and service guides, contribute current technical information and best practices to the DSA Reference Library
о Support business processes, systems, and users by applying knowledge of information technology
о Organize and utilize all support resources provided including emails, documentation, contact lists, etc.
- Other tasks
о Provide basic computer training to staff
о Assist users with backup procedures periodically in accordance with user backup policy
о Accomplish any other tasks as assigned by the superior
о Occasionally assist other IT engineers to provide the helpdesk support to external client when needed
Job Requirements
Skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of Windows 2008/2012/2016 AD and Microsoft Exchange server 2010/2013/2016
- Be familiar with remote support tool like TeamViewer or other similar tool
- Good knowledge on the network technologies, especially TCP/IP protocol, WIFI configuration, 3G wireless setup
- Knowledge of Hyper-V will be a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Kingdee K3 system application support will be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, can use English as working language
- Customer Service Skills
- Problem solving skills, organizational skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment in any customer service scenario
- The selected candidate must be good team player with self-motivation and have the ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Willingness to work beyond office hours in case of any urgent and important incidents
Education
- Degree or Diploma in IT or related discipline
- MCP/MCSE and CCNA certification will be a plus
Experience
- At least 2 years' working experience on IT support, working in multi-national company will be a plus
