Day to Day Responsibilities:
? Act as the primary point of contact for several business units and accountable to the regional business teams for delivering timely and comprehensive legal and compliance advice
? Negotiate, draft and interpret a wide range of documents in commercial transactions
? Understand Company’s global and regional operations, strategic direction and industry trends
? Assist the Regional Counsel in proactively managing compliance concerns presented by senior executives and operational leaders
? Perform additional legal and compliance duties as experience and workload permit
Education & Experience
? LL.M. degree from top tier China law school, admitted to practice law in China
? 4-6 years of experience either in the company or in the law firm, experience in manufacturing industry with MNC preferred
Required Skills
? Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English
? Expertise in general business law, foreign investment law and commercial transactions
? Familiar with PRC labor related laws and regulations
? High level of integrity with ability to foster a culture of compliance
? Ability to work within a global, matrix environment
? Ability to balance multiple deadlines and priorities
? Strong drafting and negotiation skills
? Ability to research laws/regulations to ensure company compliance in Greater China

? Customer-focused, flexible and adaptable to manage and lead change
? Possess strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex issues, identify all relevant considerations and develop practical solutions
