Key responsibilities:
- Sourcing leather according to the brand instruction;
- Work together with the product development team to development the leather according to the construction of the finished product;
- Train and monitor tannery to meet with the brand’s specification/limitation on the physical and chemical requirement
Kwy Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-10 years working experience in product development for handbag and Small leather goods;
- Capable to interpret sketch from designer and assist factory for sample execution;
- knowledge on the material nature and give suggestion for factory for sample making;
- knowledge on cost breakdown and good negotiation skill;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
