职责描述:
As a Project Manager - Data Intelligence, you will analyze and report data, come up with actionable recommendations and track and measure impact to the business. You will be responsible for extracting and transforming big data using standard querying languages like SQL, collect and consolidate data in databases, is able to perform basic statistical functions using R, SAS, Python or similar language, and is familiar with dashboarding/reporting solutions like Tableau, Cognos, etc. while demonstrating solid understanding of the business.
? Collaborates cross-functionally on assignments with internal and external stakeholders to understand the results of data analyses and research by communicating results and findings.
? Collects, organizes, and validates data, processes and information by conducting process observations, interviews, data mining and trend analyses; utilizing multiple internal and external sources; and analyzing data using basic statistical techniques.
? Identifies root causes and develops potential solutions for Innovation initiatives, as assigned by supervisor, by analyzing data, processes and information through multiple techniques (for example, data analysis, data mining, trend analysis, financial analysis); and making recommendations based on data and observations.
? Develops tools that support decision making and business cases by summarizing needed information; determining what information must be reported; ensuring customer needs are met; and analyzing the initiative's impact to the business based on collected information.
? Researches and integrates relevant information and data, and uses expertise to make recommendations or decisions. Identifies and applies sound, fact-based criteria in setting priorities and making decisions. Uses business measures and analyses to identify improvement opportunities. Probes and looks beyond symptoms to determine the root causes of problems and identify possible solutions.

Experience in analyzing complex business problems using data insights and translating it into an analytical modelling approach.
? Experience with SQL and relational databases, data warehousing
? Experience with statistical programming languages and tools (For ex: SAS, R, R Studio, Python)
? Experience in visualization tools (For ex: Tableau, Cognos)
? Domain knowledge or exposure in retail or CPG
? Good Project Management skills
? Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with people at all levels. Experience presenting to executives/senior management and capacity to articulate vision.
? Good command of English and local language
Preferred skills:
? Experience with databases and Big data technologies similar to Teradata, Green Plum, Hadoop, Hana, Hive, Pig, Map Reduce, HQL
? Experience designing and running analytical processes in Excel, Access, SAS, R, Hadoop or similar analytics and data processing applications
? Experience building rapid, user-friendly applications in Excel, Access, JVM, or similar platforms
