职位描述：
为深圳分公司协调并提供各类行政服务（设备设施、差旅、客户接待、工程服务、通信），在公司制度和框架内，协助跨部门协调，协助处理健康、安全、环境管理等。
1. Maintain office facilities, e.g. Access, CCTV, UPS, AC, Fire-fighting etc.
办公室设备设施维护维保，如门禁，监控，UPS，空调，消防等
2. Ensure Office safety & security
确保办公室信息安全
3. Liaise as the coordinator with cross functions to conduct departmental responsibilities
跨部门协调，执行部门职责
4. Administration support to the whole development center under company policy & rules
在公司政策和制度框架内，为所属区域提供行政支持
5. Purchase request process in SAP system & follow up
创建采购需求并跟进
6. Act as the leader back-up as request
根据需要，作为上司候补支撑人员
7. Other tasks assigned by manager
其他上级分配的工作

Requirement
1. Colleague degree or above
大专以上
2. Min. 2 years working experience as administrator
至少2年行政工作经验
3. Good in written & oral English
良好的英文读写水平
4. Good office skills
熟练的办公室软件技能
5. Strong sense of responsibility and a team work player
有强烈的责任心、团队合作精神
