岗位描述/职责
1. 确保生产设备运行正常;及时处理各种机械及电气故障；
2. 维修工艺文件准备, 生产数据处理及相关协调工作；维护工艺优化与更新；
3. 新设备安装确认；
4. 维修过程问题诊断及指导；
5. 在日常维修工作中，及时组织总结各方维修经验，供团队分享，促进团队维修水平的不断提升；
6. 组织维修团队做好改善工作，并不断提升维修质量。
7. 指导新进维修人员学习、熟悉维修技能；
8. 培养维修的骨干力量，做好维修队伍的建设，确保维修队伍的稳定发展与高效运作。
9. 维修人员的日常管理和相关考核工作。
10. 5S现场管理；
11. 备件库存管理。
12. 完成上级交办的其他工作


Job Description/Responsibility
1. Be sure factory production equipment can run smoothly and meet quality target；
2. Edit / update relative maintenance documents, optimize process and update；
3. New equipment installing and qualification；
4. Maintenance process troubleshooting；
5. Summarizing up daily maintenance work and share experience each other；
6. Improvement of daily maintenance work；
7. Coach new operators/technicians；
8. Maintenance team building and optimization；
9. Maintenance team members daily work appraisal regularly;
10. Maintenance area 5S management；
11. Spare parts stock control and management；
12. Perform the other job as assigned


工作要求/标准
1. 机电、设施维护或相关专业大专或以上毕业；
2. 熟悉各种数控机床设备；
3. 四年以上生产设备的维修维护经验优先考虑；
4. 熟悉机加工设备维修及维护经验者优先考虑；
5. 具备进口数控机床的维修经验，优先考虑；
6. 良好的合作和沟通能力；
7. 具有较强服务意识 、创新精神及钻研技术的热情；
8. 善于总结，表达能力强；
9. 根据公司需要，必须能够接受翻班工作；
10. 能满足现场维修的要求。


Job Requirement
1. Vocational school graduate with major in Electrics & Mechanics 、Facility or related majors
2. Specialist for facilities, electricity equipment.
3. 4 years work experience in facility will be plus
4. Familiar/Proficient in machining center maintenance will be plus；
5. With imported CNC machine maintenance experience is preferred.
6. Good cooperation and communication within relative production departments and surrounding departments.
7. Good service for process， strong innovation and work sense.
8. Good summarizing for work and expression.
9. be able to accept shift work as required by the company
10. Familiar in quality system and process analysis.

Engel, established in 1945 by Mr. Ludwig Engel, plays a leading role in global injection moulding machine market. The headquarter locates in Schwertberg Austria, ENGEL follows family owned management mode with which guarantees stabilization of the company and continues development of product and service. With more than 60 years experience of manufacturing injection moulding machine becomes one of the largest manufacturer in this industry. ENGEL has total 9 factories all over the world, locates in Europe, Asia (Korean/Pyungtaek，China/Shanghai) and America/York etc. ENGEL branches spread over 20 countries and representative offices over 70 countries.
ENGEL Shanghai is the eighth production facility of ENGEL group all over the world. The first phase was opened on May 19, 2009, has a production floor space of over 8 000 m2 for the manufacturing and assembly of machine components for the large-scale Duo series in Shanghai. 1000 m2 of modern offices provide ample space for sales, service and training. The 2nd phase was completed on April 20, 2012, with double the capacity. The extension is about 21,000 m2.In 2017, the 10th Anniversary and Phase 4 Opening Ceremony held on September 12th.
