职位描述：
Duties:

- The QA Manager will implement and maintain the Quality Management System and Quality Control procedure;
- Lead a team of 10 QA inspectors in China;
- Provide training to QA inspectors and monitor their working performance;
- Plan the weekly inspection schedule;
- Daily inspection results review and follow;
- Frequent communication with Merchandising team and EU team about the Quality requirements from the customer;
- Set up Quality Goals with senior Management and ensure the achievement;
- Supplier Management of social compliance and Quality system.


Requirement:

- Bachelor degree or above in Quality Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electronic Engineering or related discipline;
- Minimum 10 years of hardline quality or related experience in which minimum 5 years in managerial level;
- Good command of English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin);
- Possess analytical and trouble shooting skills;
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Conflict management;
- Quality process knowledge and metric management mindset;
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision;
- Knowledge of International regulations & QMS e.g. ISO9000, REACH, CA Prop.65, EN71, ASTM F963, Coneg;
- Customer oriented and business driven in operation;
- Frequent Travel is require.
