Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)
1. Work with Operation to ensure service delivery, and right resource at right area.
2.Cross-sell with Business Development team in TST and other divisions to present the TQM solution to key clients in local market.
3.Strategic Planning on program generated business, especially for OOA clients.
4. Regular key client visit and roadshow with TST BD and CRM team to boost the business growth.
5.Work with marketing team on the marketing strategy of program client, such as service satisfaction survey and seminar.
6. Attend review meeting to perform full review for the processes of client program to identify gap, inconsistency and areas of improvements through systematic or process change.
7.Follow the internal quality system and HSE requirement of GC IAC.
Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)
1. Good communication technique in both speaking & written of Mandarin & English.
2.Willing to learn, work under pressure. Always keep tidy work & clear recording.
3.Good team player, organized work manner.
4.Good skill in computer using, typing, dressing manner, etc.
5.Mature, can work independent. Be proactive and aggressive.
6.Be willing to travel.
Education and Experience
1. Bachelor Degree or above.
2.At least 3 years of working experience in 3rd party or trading company or manufacturing factory.
