职位描述：
1.Responsible of the assigned LED lighting product range, follow up the new product introduction process, to make sure the project targets of performance, cost, schedule are fulfilled;
根据分配的LED照明产品类别，跟进新产品项目的整个开发流程，确保新产品项目达到预定的性能，成本和时间目标；
2.Coordinate the cross-function team of RD, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, Marketing,
在新项目中协调由研发，工程，质量，采购，市场等部门组成的团队，
3.Create the project documentation based on the project procedure
根据标准项目流程生成相应的项目输入和输出文件；
4.Organize meeting necessary for the project follow-up and success
定期组织项目会议；
5.Take leadership on the Feasibility, Design and EPP phase, follow up the product introduction through EPP, PP and Mass Production. Work with Engineering, Quality and Production department to solve related process issues.
在可行性分析, 设计和EPP等技术设计阶段起领导作用，同时跟进产品的工程导入，试产和量产，配合工程，质量和生产部解决生产中的工艺问题；

任职资格要求
Requirements
1.Bachelor or above degree. at least 3 year’s similar working experience in project management
本科以上学历，3年以上项目管理经验
2.Technical background in electronic and/or mechanical products development is preferred
有电子产品和/或结构开发经验尤佳
3.Lighting industry experience is a plus.
照明行业工作经验优先.
4.Written/Read English a must, Oral English a plus
英语读/写能力, 英语听说能力优先
5.Organized and rigorous, able to work at a fast pace
组织能力，严谨；能够适应快节奏的工作
