职位描述:
1. Lead sales team of South China to reach AOP and to assist China team reach AOP.
带领华南区的销售团队达成年度销售计划,且协助中国团队达成中国区年度销售计划;
2. Develop and manager food service sales channels according to Company’s sales strategy.
按照公司策略做好餐饮市场渠道的开发管理工作;
3. Lead team members to develop terminal sales channels, such as restaurant, chain restaurants, hotel and its suppliers etc.
带领销售团队开发终端销售渠道,如酒楼,饭店,连锁酒店及其供货商等;
4. Manage regional importers and distributers, build up strategical cooperation relationship.
管理区域内的进口商和经销商,建立战略性的合作关系;
5. Manage team members performance, ensure qualified work under Compan’s requirements.
管理销售团队的绩效,确保在公司要求下的高质量绩效;
6. Build up and keep updating with new sales employee’s training program.
建立并维护销售员工的培训计划;
7. Close working with internal teams in China to ensure efficient and transparent cooperation and good team work.
与中国各团队间紧密合作,确保高效的、透明的合作及良好的团队合作;
8. Close working with international teams, especially the teams in Canada to ensure efficient communications and support when necessary.
与全球各团队间紧密合作,尤其是总部加拿大的团队,确保高效的沟通及必要时的支持;
9. Strictly obey Company’s all policies, including but limited with anti-bribery, travel and allowance policies. Be self-disciplinary, control cost, and protect Company’s interest.
遵守公司规章制度,廉洁自律,控制出差及各项成本,不做损害公司利益的事情;
10. Complete ad hoc tasks required by line manager or higher level Directors.
完成直线经理或其他高级总监分派的任务。

8. Familiar with seafood products is preferred
熟悉海鲜类水产品者优先考虑
9. Bilingualism is preferred – English required
能使用英语优先考虑
10.Comfortable with report writing i.e Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook
能熟练运用办公软件
11.Must have a clear criminal record

12. Must be free to travel as required independently
