职位描述：
Responsibility
? Lead a team of SQEs to manage suppliers and commodities in China
? Perform quality and sustainability audits on new and existing suppliers
? Strategic supplier development to support sourcing Supplier Expectation program
? Work with suppliers and regions (internal customers in Europe) to achieve agreed KPIs (PPM, OTD,etc)
? Coach suppliers to improve quality performance by training and implementing related quality tools, such as PPAP, LEAN, CIP, 8D, etc.
? Track supplier performance and develop improvement plan
? Drive continuous improvements and resolution of systematic SQM process concerns
? Develops positive relationships and works closely with strategic sourcing to qualify and manage new suppliers
? Proactively identifies improvement opportunities and effectively resolves issues
? Assign associate SQEs to perform Pre-shipment inspections (PSI) at supplier sites upon request to ensure consistent product quality.
? Other job assignment as needed

Qualification
? Bachelor degree or above from engineering/Science background
? Experience with global companies or automobile industry is a plus
? Minimum 5 years of experience in quality system management, supplier quality management, team management or equivalent;
? Be familiar with TS (incl. 5 tools) /Lean manufacturing
? Good command of quality improvement tools
? Experience in casting/machining/stamping/MIM process is preferred
? Experience of Project management
? Effective communication with external suppliers.
? Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking
? Ability to travel on a regular basis
