Responsibilities:
1. Manages cheese principals - development of brand and its portfolio in China for both foodservice and retail channels
2. Plan for marketing / trade marketing activation in order to push brand development
3. Identify opportunities (clients / products) and risks (supply chain) for its portfolio of products and ensure a sustainable supply and development.
4. Regularly conduct market checks and client visits to stay attuned with market trends
6. Provide accurate reporting on KPIs to line manager
Requirements:
1. Familiar with Food & Beverage industry & channels;
2. Has more than 3 years related experience;
3. Good communication skills;
4. Proactive and result-driven;
5. Fluent in both verbal and oral English;
6. Cheese knowledge and French speaking is a plus.
