职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities：
? Support expansion projects in Asia and logistic initiatives across the region
? Develop and execute PLG operational excellence and continuous process improvement
? Proactive communication and interface with all relevant departments, MTE, Logistics, and Procurement to schedule all necessary Logistics activities.
? Develop reliable and solid Logistics solution against project demanding.
? Carrier Selection - Rate negotiation, service analysis, Airport Selection (Both Sides) - Best routing
? Supplier relationship management and performance assessment for continuous improvement in APAC.
? Prepare/implement transportation contingency plan.
? Strategic sourcing and procurement in APAC Region and Supply Chain optimization.
? Generate, direct preparation of all commercial and import, export documentation required for goods movement, client payment and Customs clearance.
? Before new plant setup, build the relationship with local Customs & CIQ and check the local practice.
? Work with project team to prepare the required documents for duty exemption application.
? Validate the Chinese description, HS#, required licenses in the equipment list.
? Work with PLG group for the logistics plan and solution, e.g. forwarder, port, bonded zone selection.
? Support plant to solve all kinds of issues during import to achieve the logistic saving target

Education & Experience：
Bachelor degree. Major in business, logistics sourcing, engineering, supply chain management. MBA or consulting experience is advantage.

Required Skills：
Proven record solid 8+ year experiences on logistics ops execution, supplier management, project management and SCM management.
People management skills and experience is required
Demonstrate strong leadership in terms of flawless execution, influencing skills, and strategic initiative development of Display logistics
Customs and trade compliance knowledge, especially equipment import experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, and strong summarization and articulation skills.
Process driven and have good business acumen. Green or black belt is preferred
Logistics network optimization experience is desirable.
Willing to work under pressure. Accept challenge and meet commitment and project deadline
Business integrity, maturity, acumen, professionalism, energy, and teamwork spirit.
As the organization and team’s continuous involving, the skills of dealing ambiguity with continuous revisit of the strategic R&R is a must.
