职位描述：
1. Work as a coordinator in the supplier quality organization. Interface with Group Quality Manager, plant quality managers and SQEs
2. Development and deployment of supplier management for supplier selection/qualification/evaluation process
3. Complete monthly rollup of all supplier issues in supplier performance system
4. Oversee the supplier certification/qualification program, administer supplier performance and monitor suppliers corrective actions plans.
Qualification:
1. Requires 7 years quality experience that includes managing supplier management system
2. Highly motivated to drive continuous improvement and working with international teams
3. Certifications in ASQ/SQE/Black Belt/ Lean Manufacturing preferred
4. Team player to work with purchasing, design and engineering, product management, and manufacturing functions
6. Possess negotiation skills and highly fluent in English.
