职位描述：
【岗位职责】
? Provides legal advice and counsel in such areas as contract law, trademarks/patents, labour law, health and food laws, customs and excise, taxation, antitrust/restrictive trades practices, and other relevant local laws to Division and Corporate Function Managers in order to assist management in achieving its business objectives in compliance with applicable laws and to protect corporate assets and manpower from potential litigation.
? Renders legal advice on matters affecting current or planned business transactions to Division and Corporate Function Managers.
? Prepares and participates in the negotiation of Joint Development Agreements, Import and Export and IT related contracts.
? Ensures the operation of IT, R&D, Asia Pacific Test Centre and Technical in accordance with local laws and Company policy.
? Assures that necessary government approvals are obtained to ensure local legal compliance
? Assists in the review and final draft of documents necessary for execution of administrative procedures and operating business.
【工作要求】
? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience;
? Minimum of 4 years experience;
? Fluency in Mandarin and English;
? Researches and obtains information from local outside counsel on local laws/regulations and pending legislation which may affect business objectives;
? Makes proposal to management on achieving business objectives in compliance with local legal requirements;
? Drafts, negotiates, revises and finalizes documents concerning joint development, IT and services;
? Reviews, approves and monitors all documentation prior to execution;
? Coordinates litigation, trademark and patent registrations/oppositions.
