职位描述：
Role Purpose:
? To be responsible for the collection and analysis of information and data found within the various property sectors in selected cities in the East China region
? To be responsible for the composition of regular market reports as well as the write up of topical papers
? To be responsible for composing and providing market presentations to clients
? To be responsible for providing information and data (both raw and analysed) internally to other business lines within the firm
? To be responsible for a certain amount of media activity work during any given year
Key Accountabilities:
? Direct responsibility for the work coordination of five members in the regional team
? Infuse and solidify a one team approach for the team
? Take on extra duties so as to ensure work within the team flows smoothly
? Offer ideas on enhancing and reforming the team’s modus operandi
? Become a focal point of contact between other business lines in the office – especially the Office and Investment business lines
? Provide high level input into the production of various research presentations, reports and publications
? Attain supplementary research data and information from further sources in relation to the production of various research presentations, reports and publications
? Spearhead the team, from time to time, in the generation of ideas and plans related to various research presentations, reports and publications
? Assume the responsibility of making sure all research presentations, reports and publications worked on are of high quality and are delivered in a timely fashion
? Demonstrate a logical thought process leading to an understandable message in terms of all undertaken research presentations, reports and publications
? Offer new ideas in terms of new research output
? Assist the regional team leader in the development of new research output
Required Technical Experience:
? Proven understanding of the property market in China
? Outstanding analytical skills
? Experience of leading, driving and writing high quality thematic research reports
? Strong written and verbal communicator, able to present ideas and recommendations clearly and confidently
? Honed client skills
