Key Responsibilities / Core Responsibilities

A. He/she need to work with Senior Sales Operation Manager to build and enhance sales incentive scheme for Trade, PNE and NC.
B. He/she need to work with Senior Sales Operation Manager to build the clear and logical way to define the sales targets according to the sales strategies and business focus.
C. He/she need to work with Senior Sales Operation Manager to build Award scheme for Trade, PNE and NC.
D. He/she need to deliver monthly & quarterly incentive report with all trade & HQ Commercial KPI and PNE area sales KPI on time and high accuracy.
E. As an expert, he/she need to educate field sales Mgr./Sup about incentive KPI including all trade related and PNE sales KPI, individual target setting etc.
F. He/she need to identify key improvement issue and propose proposal according to routine work and feedback from field, HQ functional and related parties.
G. He/she need to work out payout analysis for Trade, PNE and NC, estimate Trade and PNE monthly incentive cost and propose related additional incentive scheme to make sure sales motivation.
H. He/she need to work closely with HR to build Field PC KPI template according to business focus.
I. He/she need to evaluate target and guide target adjustment according to aligned standard.
J. He/she need to improve target management efficiency including user-friendly toolkit, process, definition through city-plan process and routine target adjustment process.
K. He/she need to drive the implementation and execution about Sales Operations related projects or programs according to the assignment from line manager.
