职位描述：
Job Responsibility & Accountability:
- Optimize CSR technical training system;
- Supervise the design, development and implementation of technical training materials;
- Deliver technical training externally and internally;
- Provide technical consultation, technical service processes including governance and product development;
- Assist QA team to conduct the internal audit and management review, and follow up the issues found in internal auditor or management review;
- Support additional GTS-CSRS activities on a needed basis;
- Other tasks as assigned or needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Bureau Veritas internal recommendation is preferred;
3. Solid experience (5 years+) in social, environmental and/or security audit execution and/or programs, including the relevant training experience in CSRS area;
4. Excellent in problem solving & consulting skills
5. Demonstrate the ability of flexibility and independence to work in a changing environment and ability to work interdependently within a team;
6. Strong communication skills, including presentation skills, with various departments and management – both verbal and written;
7. Strong command of reading and written English;
8. Knowledge of CSR Services related management systems preferred, such as, SA8000 or equivalent and/or ISO 14000,ISO 18000, ISO 9000, ISO 17021 or equivalent;
9. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio.
