Marketing Director for an International Organisation in the Retail/Entertainment Industry
- Located in Shanghai
- 1 million RMB package with some flexibility
- International Organisation
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced candidate in the FMCG sector. With a large scope of managing different business units and reporting directly into the company GM, this opportunity allows for the right candidate to make the role their own. Experiencing major growth at the moment, this role has a clear progression plan in place.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develope and implement marketing strategy for all BUs
- Drive brand strategy and performance
- Design creative products to enhance brand awareness
- Work closely with global function to implement global vision
Requirements:
- Stategic and analytical background with minimum 8 years of experience and above
- Ability to use market data to implement into creative campaigns
- Strong business acumen
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in new project managment
- Comes from FMCG background
- Trade marketing background preferred
