Job Description
Manage PC & Printer name key account support on:
1. Provides Service lifecycle management for HP PC & Printer name key account to delight our customers. Provide proactive account management on each phase of service lifecycle.
2. Support named major account E2E service delivery and TCE management, gain best class account experience.
3. Support sales bidding & post-sales support, to support sales for their business growth.
4. Handle Major Account hot case &complaint case.
5. Account product quality & AIR management
6. Develop name account service business
 
Location: Shang Hai

Experience & skill required:
- Bachelor's or Master's (graduate) degree in Physics, Electronics, Product Design, Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 3 years' experience in service delivery of IT industry, Understand commercial & consumer personal system product business and service delivery
- Project management experience
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Creative and can logically simplify to solve complicated problems
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Open and positive attitude
- Ownership and leadership
- service regional management is preferred
