JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
To guarantee the implementation on his/her site of the EHS System of the Group and R&I center. Propose the orientations, the objectives and the annual EHS program of the R&I center, observing the ethics rules and the EHS rules of the Group, as well as regulations. Coach and support the lab managers to achieve the EHS program.
- Be the coordinator and the guarantor of the correct application of the EHS Management System.
- Promote and deploy interdependent EHS culture with management involvement and leadership
- Allow or prohibit the operation of installations, buildings or equipment on the site, according to the results of the risk analysis and Group EHS rules.
- Conduct internal audits and manage the external audits
- Take care of the employees occupational health per Group EHS rules and local regulations
- Manage the R&I wastewater treatment and waste disposal with third party
- Collect, analyze and communicate the EHS performance of the site, propose improvement action plans.
- Contribute to an exhaustive and accurate group EHS reporting.
- Maintain regular and transparent contacts with local authorities.
- Manage the budget of the EHS, ensure the efficiency of EHS management system.
- Recruit, develop and manage EHS team. Ensure the expertise and know-how development, carry out organisational changes.
- Bring support and EHS expertise to the R&I staff of the site.
REQUIREMENT
- At least 8 years EHS working experiences in European and US multinational companies.
- Prefer to have relative chemical/cosmetics EHS management experience in medium or large size R&D center.
- OHSAS 18000 certificated auditor
- Excellent communication skill
- Strong influence and leadership
- Self-motivated
- Fluency in English
