Responsibilities
1. Approach new customers, distributors, business partners and establish sales network in the assigned area.
2. Identify new business opportunities and follow up potential project to achieve sales target.
3. Improve marketing share and customer share in the assigned areas.
4. Collect information of industry and competitors, support on developing sales and marketing strategy.
5. Keep frequent contact with key persons of specific account to identify customer needs and maintain customer’s satisfaction.
6. Work with Marketing and Service team on organizing training to distributors and customers.
7. Cooperate with Marketing and Service team on organizing market activities, including demonstration, seminar and presentation etc.
8. Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.
9. Report timely and accurately in CRM system.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree, major in mechanical design/engineering is preferred.
2. 3 years+ sales experience of hydraulic breaker or mounted products.
3. Has a deep understanding to mines and iron-works industry.
4. Target-oriented and self-motivated.
5. Willing to travel intensively.
6. Good command of English is a plus.
