职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 永辉饼干和散装品类的生意发展规划（生意规模年超1亿），包括内部navigator全品类计划的录入和更新
2. 亿滋所有品类在永辉第二集群的客户卖进及沟通，涉及客户休食和干杂两个部门
3. 永辉华东三个大区的客户卖进及沟通

岗位要求：
1、4年以上工作经验，2～3年重点客户管理经验
2、 大学本科学历，经济学或商务专业优先
3、良好的沟通表达能力和团队管理能力
4、良好的英语口语和书面

Responsibilities：
1. To work with National Key Accounts Managers and develop category business strategies, to build annual key accounts business plans and strategies
2. Strong capability of in business planning, negotiation and commercial selling skills
3. Account management: Ensure delivery of revenue and volume targets by working with CCU and region execution team
4. Delivery of agreed Business Key Performance Indicators（KPI’s） Sales, NR, Trade spend, AP/AR.., Well controlled customers spending and profitability improvement Develop,
5. Communicate and Execute the operational Demand/supply plan to serve the business well
 
Requirements:
1. University Graduate, preferably with a degree in business or economics
2. Minimum 4 years work experience with 2-3 years in key account management and 3 years in retail operation
3. Strong team management experience
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Trained Management and leadership skills
6. Good oral and written English
7. Strong PC skills
8. Frequent travel required
