Roles & Responsibilities
The eCommerce Consultant will report to the President of Clavis China and will also work closely with the Clavis Business Consulting Services Team. The role will include the following activities:
？ Configuration of Clavis reports to meet customer needs
？ Presenting Clavis reports and insights to customer personnel
？ Training and education for customer personnel on Clavis metrics and how to analyze, interpret and apply them successfully in their business
？ Interpretation of Clavis reports and data to identify top opportunities for value creation
？ Identify relevant trends, conduct follow up analysis and prepare visualisations for the client
？ Work with customers to develop and deliver customized reports that are external to the core Clavis technology offerings
？ Work with customer personnel to define and agree on initiatives and action plans for using？Clavis insights ？
？ Day to day implementation and management of action plans？
？ Provide input and feedback to other Clavis functions – including product management, customer support, sales management, and general management？
Skills & Experience:
？ Researching/consulting working experience in FMCG industry, ecommerce experience is highly appreciated？
？ Ability to work with (and manage) key stakeholders in the client and Clavis environments？
？ Ability to provide thought leadership and direction for understanding key eCommerce components？
？ Hands-on involvement in eliciting strategic, functional, operational, and technical requirements from stakeholders？
？ Three key core competencies: ？
o strong analytical skills？
o experience in FMCG？
o a strong understanding of eCommerce in China？
？ Ability to discuss requirements with senior management and experts, as well as technical personnel？
？ Ability to learn required skills quickly？
？ Ability to work independently ？
？ Passion, a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals？
？ Fluency in Chinese and English？
