职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Assist HR to analyze JD and search suitable candidates.
- Support HR to conduct the market research per different functions.
- Conduct cold-calls and communicate with candidates via phone or face to face.
- Sourcing candidate from various channels. Conduct the telephone screening and make comments.
- Attend interviews with HR on necessity.
- Profile candidates' reports.
- Arrange interviews and follow up with interview details.

Requirements:
- Bachelor/master degree, overseas diploma is preferred.
- Good English communication, both verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal communication skill, good paper work and easy to cooperate.
- Target oriental.
- Good service sense, positive and diligent, able to work under pressure.
- Teamwork spirit, ambitious, Inquisitive, passionate about people.
