Purpose:
? Work as owner of distributor portfolio and commercialization programs planning
? Key contact window from global/regional marketing to national trade marketing and local 4 regions trade marketing to bridge strategy to local execution for distributor channel
? With understanding of China needs, to ensure distributor pillar portfolio relevant and productive
? Flawless execution for distributor pillars
Responsibilities:
? Develop annual marketing plan of distributor pillars
? Deeply understanding distributor channel and consumer needs and foresee the trends to developing product innovation plan and price strategy
? Responsible for local PRO product renovation according to headquarter revamping plan
? Transfer from headquarter or local develop related marketing tools and communication materials according to China local needs, and conduct successful roll out
? Budget planning, control and tracking
Requirements:
? At least 6 years of brand marketing experience in multinational company, food/ nutrition related industry is a plus
? Good communication skill and presentation skill
? Fluent MS-office user
? Good command of English, French is an advantage
? Budget control and tracking system building capability
