职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle bank payment for HFM China, cash forecast preparation for HFM China
2. Handle VAT issue, credit note issue to overseas customers for HFM China
3. Handle accounts payable, operating expenses for HFM China
4. Handle accounts receivable, communicate with customer to ensure the overdue payment collect in time for HFM China
5. Handle financial closing for HFM China
6. Ensure data accuracy and compliance to company policy
7. Ensure accurate and timely financial accounts, reports, statements and analysis for HFM China
Adhoc projects as advised by the direct manager
Key Qualification:
1. Minimum 3 years in accounting related job
2. SUN accounting system experience preferable
3. Independently process the accounting book keeping
4. Formal accounting training
5. Communicate in English and Mandarin
6. MS Office application, eg Excel, Words
7. Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
8. University degree, major in Accounting, Finance
