Responsibilities:
1.Work as Level 2 Support for ERP Support, analysis and resolve the user's incident / problem before transferring to Level 3 support team
2.Work with Level 3 support team for some new ERP report generation in different modules including Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Sales etc
3.Work with ServiceDesk level 1 team member to take the call, response email and create/update ServiceDesk ticketing system to track all incidents and problems
4.Participate in ERP related projects as team member
5.Provide necessary training to end users for ERP operation on given procedure / process
6.Support all Asia plant / office
Skills and Capabilities Required:
1.Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
2.Fluent English speaking / writing skill, be able to communicate with English speaking users directly
3.Good communication skills, work in a team environment, work with passion and attention to details
4.At least 2 years JDE System related work / Helpdesk / Analysis
5.Knowledge with JDE foundation related to Navigation, Menu, UDC setup, distribution, warehouse, procurement and finance model
6.Be familiar with JDE development tools UBE(Report) is preferred
7.Experience on ServiceDesk ticket system like ServiceNow, Remedy etc
8.Willing to travel, sometimes require working evenings and weekends for project and critical problem troubleshooting
9.The ability of problem analysis and resolution
10.Positive attitude under challenge and high pressure tasks
