职位描述：
Operations Manager

Job Summary
Manage plant operations with responsibilities for Injection molding, Tooling, Secondary Process, Store, and other production related activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
? Establish operations standards for quality, productivity, cost control, waste reduction, complete and on-time deliver and safety & environmental.
? Recommends and implements strategic changes in manufacturing and operations strategy.
? Ensures that continuous process improvement is pursued throughout all areas of the business and that all projects are carried out in a timely.
? Be a creative and proactive leader of the management team, focused on continuous improvement.
? Take initiatives on Lean manufacturing, cost down implelemtation,improve company competitive ability.
? Assure that procedures and work instructions are efficient and not redundant.
? Automation development to improve efficiency, productivity.

 Education & Experience Requirements
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and training.
? 10 years of experience equivalent experience in a manufacturing experience.
? Excellent Bi-lingual skills in English and Chinese for both verbal and written communication skill.
? Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
