Principal Accountabilities 主要工作职责
1.Recruiting Activities
1.1 To participate in the definition of the research/market approach strategy and uses the recommended databases of external CVs
1.2 To make telephone contacts with the applicants pre-selected during the initial search
1.3 To have mastered the management and recruitment tools
1.4 To take charge of the whole of administrative management
1.5 To establish contacts with the applicants or employees and departments involved for management and recruitment
1.6 To assist the recruiter or manager with the preparation of his activity (for example, preparation of dossier, time management)
prepares monitoring of activity and gives visibility (for example SOP métier, movements file).
2.Training Activities
2.1 Maintains updated files of training
2.2 Data Base Management
2.3 Assists in maintaining a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures and oversees their implementation through ongoing training
2.4 Assists to prepare training materials including power point for the training.
2.5 Assists to calculate the training hours and obtain feedback from participants of the training programs.
2.6 Works with Training Manager or designate to Co-ordinate training.

Qualification:
1.University degree or equivalent
