Position Summary:
? Deliver timely and accurate fi***cial information, business and operational analysis.
? Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes
Duties & Responsibilities:
? Consolidate and prepare routine fi***cial report package for Greater China, including P&L, cash flow, capex, etc
? Perform monthly actual VS budget/forecast/LY analysis with identify major drivers
? Preparing KPI, Productivity Reports and benchmark analysis (Performance Dashboards)
? Review and monitor Capex (ROI, Actual vs. Budget, accurate reporting)
? Develop fi***cial rolling forecast, budgeting operational templates
? Liaise with SSC on monthly closing, make sure meet deadline
? Ensure compliance with BV Accounting rules (MAG) and Division policies
? Closely work with site Business Controllers
Skills & Requirements:
? Good at MS(Excel/Powerpoint)
? Adaptability to various cultural e***ironment
? Sound operational fi***ce skills
? Demonstrate leadership skills
? Possess fluency in English and Chinese
Education & Experience:
?？ Bachelor degree with outstanding technical and fi***cial / accounting skills
? At least 5 to 7 years of experience in fi***cial or FP&A position.
? Prefer to has experience on using BPC/JDE software
