General Description:
As the major contact window and coordinator (internal & external) with the assigned key account, provide and ensure the overall business service meets customer requirement; increase sales volume of exiting key account; support AP/Global key account manager develop the potential business opportunity to help achieve the company sales target.
Job Description:
1.As a contact window from key account to operation, help solve all shipment related matters to maintain and continuously improve the service quality.
2.Identify new business opportunities from existing & new customers and prepare solutions/pricing with Product Management to drive new business development.
3.Establishes productive, professional relationship with key stake holders in assigned key account.
4.Prepare MBR & QBR report to ensure excellent level of account management with external & internal customers.
5.Handle and solve claims and complaints from key account through analyzing and investigation.
6.Develop and implement the SOP when key account is set up and to update and maintain the SOP at any time according to the client’s demands.
7.Strictly follow and implement company credit policy, monitor DSO and collect the outstanding accounts of the clients.
8.Ensure that all team members meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
9.Sets examples for team members in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
10.Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
11.Perform any special duties or projects as assigned by the management.

Skills Required:
1.Native Korean is preferred. Fluency in both written and spoken English, Proficiency in Mandarin is definitely a plus.
2.Warm and bright, with excellent interpersonal communication skills and bargaining power and positive and progressive enterprise.
3.Has a strong organization, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
4.Highly flexible and sales driven, able to work under pressure.
5.High accuracy and attention to details
6.Strong proficiency in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Experience and Qualification:
1.University degree or equivalent, preferred in Logistics, International Trade
2.Minimum 3 years experience in a related position
