ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Setup of the production related projects and concept, and close interface to the German headquarters.
? Development and improvement manufacturing processes and management tools.
? Increasing the productivity and efficiency based on the optimization of process and system and tools.
? Implementation and Training of the new concept.
? General tasks in manufacturing as well as for other tasks assigned
Specific Job Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related degree required
? Long-time production or industry engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing and/or assembly environment
? Good English/German skills, both written and verbal (preferably basic knowledge in Chinese)
? Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and some experience in SAP
? Overview of all relevant issues regarding Hansgrohe
? Interest in intercultural collaboration,the willingness to work in different culture environment.
? Strong teamwork spirit and intention to coordinate.
