职位描述：
Your responsibility:
Supporting quality team to upgrade customer’s satisfaction degree;

Main duty:
1/Properly reply e-mails from client or employee and record information about negative feedback and complaints;
2/Reminding notification-sending to poor performance employee to help improve their skills;
3/Prepare and send the draft warning letters for poor performance inspectors according claim investigations results;
4/Support continuous improvement departments;
5/Management of tools calibration in-house and with accredited partners;
6/Weekly meeting notice-sending and meeting materials preparation;
7/Cooperating with colleague to do internal investigation once there is complaint;
8/Monthly key client data summary;
9/Monthly report to financial department;
10/Any other assignment from direct manager.

Requirements:
1. College or bachelor degree;
2. Fluent English speaking and writing. CET4 above;
3. Proficient in Microsoft, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
4. 3 years of experience in Manufacturing related industry (Merchandising, Production,etc.）
5. Good communication and interpersonal skill, customer-oriented;
6. Exceptional organization skill, be proactive, careful and progressive, think before act.

In quality team you will work with foreigner engineers and Sales team colleagues from different countries and all our internal mails are wrote in English, hence we want you to be capable of communicating in perfect English;
