Primary Responsibilities

 

· Adhere to all Compliances and Controls on work processes (e.g. ISO, SOX, etc.)

· Adhere to all internal and external service level agreements

· Process order management activities as per standard work process, including order entry, etc.

· Communicate efficiently and effectively with all stakeholders on activities and tasks performed.

· Work closely with Customer Facing Team to optimize work procedure so as to improve SOP and customer experience

· Have good team spirit to ensure the whole team work together to achieve customer’s satisfactory

 Indicative Activity

? Receive requests via functional mailbox
? Follow standard work procedure to perofrm order management related activities in SAP, such as sale order entry, sample order entry, etc.
? Communicate with internal functions via email (as the major way) or phone at daily basis
? Optimize work process within team and improve working efficiency
? Act as back ups to other team members
