职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities：
Provide total logistics planning and implementation for joint venture projects, sale of technology projects, and special equipment shipments.
Provide cost estimates for total project logistics.
Scheduling - Equipment inspections, packing and rigging activities, shipments.
Communications - Foreign client, job site, import export issues, notifications, etc.
Freight Management - Receiving, staging, warehousing (both sides).
Export Packing - Methods, type, consolidation plan
Carrier Selection - Rate negotiation, service analysis, mutual selection
Port, Airport Selection (Both Sides) - Best routing
Import, Export, Customs, Documentation Requirements - Rules, special programs, timing, standard practices.
Project Financial Requirements - Identify, manage requirements of contract, Letter of Credit, etc.
Select, Negotiate, Supervise and Audit Performance of - Warehouseman, specialty riggers, export packers, freight forwarders, carriers (all modes truck, rail, air, ocean).
Generate, direct preparation of all commercial and import, export documentation required for goods movement, client payment and Customs clearance.
Insure regulatory compliance with all U.S. and international laws governing transportation and transactions (hazardous materials, licensable equipment, international banking laws, etc.).
Maintain on-going communications with a wide spectrum of internal customers and interfaces and external suppliers and customers.
Prepare or direct preparation of a wide variety of proprietary information and commercial, financial, and legal documentation.

Education & Experience：
Bachelor degree, Supply Chain Management or Logistics in International Business and Trade Law.
Minimum of 7-10 years of international trade / Customs compliance such as classification, valuation, country of origin, free trade agreements, CIQ licensing, etc.

Required Skills：
In-depth knowledge of U.S. requirements applicable to “controlled” items, the U.S. Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) system, deemed export compliance and license exceptions / exemptions.
Experience in trade compliance and or international logistics operations
Ability to learn, interpret, and apply complex regulations.
Good analytical and presentation skill.
Good communication, written, and influencing skills in both Chinese and English.
Willing to work under pressure. Accept challenge and meet commitment
