Responsibilities:

? Be the contact person to communicate with key client(s) on a daily basis.
? Monitor the whole customer service process and ensure sales order, shipping request, service arrangement and invoices are produced on a timely basis.
? Check data correction for each CS including SO, invoice, delivery form, report and make sure all action taken by CS in all system properly.
? Monitor the invoicing & payment collection to avoid overdue payment issues through the team.
? Maintain appropriate service levels to ensure the on time delivery for services to the agreed Service Level Agreements with all the clients you associate with.
? Resolve and or escalate any internal issues/challenges as they arise and before they impact our relationship and service to the client.
? Monitor each account and drive KPI performance within the team, by issuing Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly KPI to the Customer Service Manager and monitor performance against KPI to support team to show customer satisfaction situation.
? Attend weekly meeting with CS to understand client request.
? Keep records on all customer complains. Summarize and analyze the issues, communicate internally and externally as required with support files and solution.
? Be responsible and measured on kinds of system ongoing implementation and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of system, and be expected to implement and train CS members when upgrading system are introduced.
? Other job assigned by Customer Service Manager.


Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree in Economics, trade and/or Management
? Above 3 years’ team management experience, emphasis in customer service, supply chain field and sales, MNC is preferred
? Knowledge of import/export procedures, ERP experience will be an advantage
? Good teamwork and communication skills, can work in pressure.
? Analytical & problem solving skills, to find & highlight potential risks and seek the solutions together with related sources.
? Fluent on verbal and written English, as well as good at hands-on knowledge of computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint….), etc.
? Ability to manage the interpersonal relationship, especially with clients and cross-function team
? Detail-oriented, widely open with extroversion preferred
