Provide HR full function support to Shenzhen and Xiamen branch:
1. Recruitment
- Headcount application.
- Develop recruitment channel, select candidate and assist to interview, offer preparation.
- Staff onboard & exit arrangement.
2. C&B
- Ensure payroll quality by provide timely & accurate data to payroll vendor and perform quality check, coordinate with payroll vendor and FIN for timely payment.
- Provide regular HR report relate to C&B.
- Ensure IIT, social insurance & housing fund compliance with PRC regulations.
- Assist to budget, salary survey, salary review etc.
3. Performance management:
- Assist to the performance appraisal training and roll out, including probation and yearly.
- Provide HR advice & support to staff performance disciplinary issues and performance improvement resolution.
4. Other regular jobs:
- HR system maintenance: data entry and staff information update.
- Employment contract renewal and staff pro-file filing.
- Staff attendance, leave and OT monitoring.
- Support internal training arrangement.
- Other jobs as assigned by line manager.
