The Company:
We’re a global provider of quality control and compliance services that helps brands and retailers manage their supply chains. Every year, we deliver some 215,000 inspections, audits, and lab tests. As part of our Finance team, you will work with international customers, be involved in crucial IT processes, and play a key role in ensuring financial stability of the company.
As a member of our core accounting team, you would handle all issues related to accounts payable and expenses, and supervise junior team members.
The Job:
You will be expected to:
? Maintain payment request database and review payment applications on a daily basis
? Perform GL voucher key-in/import to accounting system and file management
? Manage account reconciliation and breakdown, including bank accounts, inter-company current accounts and overseas branch office accounts
? Issue monthly inter-company debit notes
? Maintain our fixed assets database, including monthly cross-function reconciliation and annual physical count
We will also ask you to:
? Supervise junior GL accountants and review their work on a regular basis
? Lead accounting projects to improve effectiveness and efficiency
? Provide backup and support for other team members and projects
The Candidate:
It could be you, if you have:
? A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related major
? Working experience in audit services (experience with the Big Four is a strong plus)
? Hands-on experience of full-set accounts
? High proficiency in MS Excel
? Fluency in written and spoken English
It is a plus if you have:
? A local equivalent of a valid CPA qualification
? Consolidation experience
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
