Responsible for accounts receivable & notes receivable
Issue VAT invoice, export invoice & Debit notes.
Prepare VAT reports. Responsible for declare for VAT refund.
Responsible for communication and reconciliation with affiliated companies,as well as 3 rd party customers.
Provide sales price and quantity variance analysis.
Follow up for payment collection and calculation for bad debt reserve.
Support. logistic & Sales team to improve AR status.
Support logistic team to perform 3 rd party warehouse & customer site stock take
Establish an early warning methodology for anticipated deviations from plan.
Any other tasks assigned by Accounting Manager.
任职资格 Level (diploma) required:
Bachelor degree majored in Finance or Accounting
Experience:
1-3 year's related working experience in MNC
Familiar with ERP system, previous experience with QAD(MFG/pro) or
SAP is a plus
Familiar with statutory and tax requirements in China
Technical skills required:
Good PC skills (especially in Excel)
Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:
Strong sense of responsibility, serious and team player
Languages:
Fluent Chinese.
Fluent English.
