Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall management of production. Insure products meet quality requirements, control and improve production cost, implement continuous improvement. Support EHS to maintain and improve shop floor safety. Lead problem solving.
? Production process coordination
? Organizing production in each workshop based on the production plan issued on schedule;
? Holding of regular production meeting to coordinate and resolve problems in production to ensure smooth completion of the production plan;
? Coordination of reasonable dispatch of personnel, materials and equipment according to the production plan;
? Responsible for presenting the proposal for production cost control of his/her own department and its implementation.
? Production technology quality control
? Strict implementation of the production process and quality standards;
? Coordination in new products development research & development, test and small-lot production; coordination in investigation of quality problems made by the Quality Department;
? Proposing recommendations for improvement of the production process in order to increase productivity or reduce costs and reduce defective products, etc.;
? Organization of handling timely and properly for non-conforming products and potential quality problems once found.
? Production safety management
? Strict implementation of the company's safety management regulations;
? Support EHS in shop floor safety training;
? Supervision of the integrity of equipment safety protective facilities;
? Support EHS to Investigate safety accidents and implementation of preventive measures.
? Team management
? Division of labor allocated to each position subordinate, determining their duties and tenure requirements, and coordinating with the Personnel Administration Department in working out the JOB DESCRIPTION;
? Organizing the subordinate to learn and implement the working process, systems and codes of practice, and supervising the subordinate’s work quality and efficiency;
? Responsible for the development, work summary and analysis of his own department;
? Responsible for assessment of his own department’s employees’ performance;
? Proposing the recruitment, appointment, promotion and dismissal application for the subordinate;
? Division of labor allocated to each position subordinate, determining their duties and tenure requirements, and coordinating with the Personnel Administration Department in working out the JOB DESCRIPTION;
? Other tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
? College or above graduation level with major in mechanical designing and manufacturing or other disciplines related.
? At least 5 years working experience with 3 years at similar level of position. With experience in dry-press process is an advantage.
? Familiar with production management, such as production and material planning, quality management, on-delivery management, efficient cost management, team management, etc.
? Strong executive ability, good at summing up, good coordination, communication and management skills, good logical thinking and high team spirit. Can work under pressure and simulate employee passions.
? Oral English is preferable.
