职位描述：
Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

Make sales plan and achieve sales objective set by the company for the individual as well as the team;
Lead the BD team of the region and implement sales process.
Seek and development new business/services/segment;
Handle incoming inquiries and pursue the opportunity;
Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships, to provide effective and efficient after-sale service to grow the business either in volume or service lines;
Collect and report latest market information and competitor information;
Train and develop the BD team

Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)

At least 5 years experience in service sales and market especially in third party test, inspection, factory audit and foreign trade industry, experience in handling RFP, business proposal
People management and development especially motivation
Honest, ethical and enthusiastic for sales work
Good communication and presentation skill,
College degree and above.
Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and pass CET-6
Skilled use of MS OFFICE software.
Can work under pressure, self-motivated and willing to have business trip
