职位描述：
? Ensure availability and effectiveness of Ethics hotmail and other intake methods, for ethics questions and reports of suspected violations of the Statement of Ethics.
? Managing Tier 3, Referral Ethics case management process which includes: initial assessment of allegations; assignment of investigations to group responsible for conducting investigations; acting as a liaison between the investigator and the reporting individual for anonymous allegations; notification to appropriate business partners, Legal, and HR partners regarding significant cases if needed; review of facts and conclusions with business, investigator, legal and HR partners for significant cases; following up with business regarding implementation of corrective measures; collecting resolution information and document in the system and notifying the reporting individual of investigation status, including notification of case closures.
? Managing all the non-ethics cases by referring the issues to the appropriate person or group for review and follow up; tracking the follow up results; recording all the related documents in system.
? Preparing ethics message for ethics awareness programs, including Ingerity by You Side, 5MIF, etc.
? Supporting ethics projects, data retrieval and report creation.
? Assist with department operations on supply requests, budget, office equipment and systems management, key events preparation, business-related processes, etc..
? Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in ethics and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
? Model compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company standards of ethics and integrity.

Education
Bachelor degree, major in Ethics, Legal, Compliance or auditing is prefer.
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years work experience
