职位描述：
Report directly to the Head of Control Tower, B2C Logistics
Leading the team in Shenzhen to handle daily air transport operation
Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation, including air freight forwarders, customs brokers, sort center and local last mile teams
Dashboards / Scorecards Management
Managing the vendors/subcontractors, with regular service review
Project Implementation for new operations
Supervise team members to achieve the KPIs
Monitoring team performance and productivity
Investigate the root cause of service failure and provide the corrective measurement
Monthly operation analysis report preparation
Optimize the operation process flow
Requirements:
Degree holder in Supply Chain / Logistics
7 year related working experience in freight forwarder/logistics industry
Solid understanding on Warehousing / Distribution/ Cross Border Customs Process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership, Customer-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime when required
Excellent service manner, patience and problem-solving skills
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Strong in Ms Word, Excel, Power point
