职位描述：
?Ensure compliance of PAM policies and requirements and oversee implementation of quality systems 确保符合物业管理部政策和要求，并监督质量体系的实施

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES：
?Develop / enhance quality assurance system policies, guidelines, procedures, training materials, checklists, etc to disseminate our requirements 发展/完善品质管理相关政策/指引/培训材料/标准作业文件等
?Create and maintain Intranet portals for monitoring of compliance利用网上工具监控完成情况
?Analyse data and generate reports 分析数据并生成报表
?Monitor timely completion of rectification plans 追踪完成情况
?Conduct site inspection /audit to check for compliance 进行现场审计

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS：
?Ability to speak fluent English and Mandarin 良好的中英文会话能力
?Ability to write good English and Simplified Chinese 良好的中英文写作能力
?University graduate with at least 3 years working experience 3年以上工作经验
?IT literate 掌握IT语言
?Systematic and logical 系统化和逻辑性
?Self-discipline 自律
?Able to travel occasionally 能够接受出差
