GENERAL SUMMARY:

This position is
responsible for handle general booking, reconciliations and statutory reports. Responsibilities included providing support to GL
Manager to ensure finance closing process is smoothly without any compliance
issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Routine and Monthly closing:

· Follow monthly GL closing process. Mainly in charge of the booking of tax related transactions, payroll and Other Store Expense.

· Review COA with the expenses report by weekly basis and ensure the accuracy on COA strings prior to the close week.

· Prepare monthly manual journal entries in Oracle system with proper supporting documentation.

· Prepare accounts reconciliations and upload to AssureNet system.

· Review the invoices completed by AP team.

2. Reporting

· Assistant to Balance Sheet and P/L various analysis actual vs. last year of quarter to date and year to date.

3. Statutory Audit

· Assist manager to prepare audit PBC and follow auditor’s question and testing requirement.

4. Others

· Provide assistance on any ad-hoc projects that are related finance control area.

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS:

Report to GL Manager. Key contacts include: FP&A team, AP team, Treasure team, Tax team, Revenue Accounting team, CSSC, etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:

§ Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

§ Professional skills on accounting, financial system and Microsoft office.

§ Self-motivated, hard-driven, with earnest desire to learn and grow.

§ Good Chinese and English language skills, both oral and written.

§ Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

§ Good communication and interpersonal skills

2) Minimum educational level:

§ Bachelor degree and above

3) Minimum experience:

§ 3 years above working experience in finance / accounting role.
