职位描述：
Position: QMS(Quality Management System) Engineer
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
1. Set up and maintain factory’s QMS to meet ISO9000, TS16949 and customer’s QMS requirements, DCSA in factory.
2. Analyzes production and service limitations and helps formulate quality objectives and procedures.
3. Become TCAII advocator, organize audit for excellence on both of internal and external
4. Has direct reports that implement some aspects of the policies, objectives and procedures of the quality program;
5. Become Quality Culture promotion Coordinator. Set Setup & Execute Quality culture promotion program and Setup & Execute Quality concept training and tools program.
6. Other business related requirements requested by quality manager.
7. To implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary project in own department
8. Understand and abide by the contents of ISO9000, and also put forward amendment scheme in the whole company and supervise the executing condition of all the staff.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, Majored in engineering.
2. 3+year in process area or quality experience in relevant industry.
3. Familiar with semiconductor industry standard and semiconductor manufacturing environment.
4. Familiar in statistical control (SPC) and improvement techniques
5. English, good communicate skill in writing and oral, CET-6 preferred
